Need help with a case, your progress, iCloud backup or Game Center? Start with the notes below.
iCloud progress is not appearing
Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on the device and that iCloud backup is enabled inside the game. Allow a moment for the latest progress to sync.
Game Center achievements
Sign in to Game Center in iPhone Settings, then reopen the game. Achievements are awarded after a case has been solved successfully.
A case will not unlock
Cases unlock in sequence. Close the current file with the correct suspect, motive and decisive evidence before opening the next investigation.
